Susan Qin

Graduated from Nanjing University, obtained IMBA of Tongji University and DBA of Emlyon Business School. She serves as the Director of the Rugao Port affiliate of Tongji University’s Tech-Transfer Center. Additionally, she is the Founder and Chairman of Shanghai Jilian Technology Co., Ltd. and the Founder of List (Nantong) Enterprise Management Service Co., Ltd. She has demonstrated outstanding leadership in the fields of enterprise operation and technology transfer.

In the field of ESG practice, through school-enterprise cooperation, Qin Xiaofeng has introduced environmental protection technologies such as energy conservation and emission reduction and resource recycling from universities into the science and technology industrial park, assisting enterprises in environmental governance, which is in line with the environmental dimension of ESG. In terms of society, she has organized talent matching by providing talent for enterprises. She has introduced more than 90 enterprises which driving the local economy and fulfilling corporate social responsibilities. In terms of corporate management, with her rich experience in the operation and management of listed companies, she has helped the enterprises in the industrial park to improve their organization structure and comprehensively enhance their corporate management level.

Since operating the science and technology industrial park from 2021, she has successfully established several innovation platforms, including the Zhituo Maker Space (Provincial-level Maker Space), the Changjiang Intelligent Innovation Park (Provincial-level Incubator), the Rugao Port (Shanghai) Industrial Collaborative Innovation Center, and the Nantong Gangzha Economic Development Zone (Shanghai Tongji) Industrial Collaborative Innovation Center (Incubator).

Relying on the resources of Tongji University, she has carried out school-enterprise cooperation and established the Rugao Port of Tongji University’s Tech-Transfer Center. She has organized more than 20 industry-university-research activities, effectively promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. She has interacted with many domestic and foreign universities and linked the incubator to incubate and introduce projects. Many of the enterprises introduced by her have been recognized as provincial and municipal talent and scientific and technological innovation projects, and she has cultivated high-tech enterprises and enterprises above a designated size. Qin Xiaofeng has achieved remarkable results in the fields of enterprise operation and technology transfer and has continuously made important contributions in ESG practice.

秦晓凤，南京大学毕业、同济大学 IMBA，法国里昂商学院 DBA。担任同济大学技术转移如皋港分中心主任，同时也是上海济链科技有限公司创始人兼董事长、利斯特（南通）企业管理服务有限公司创始人。秦晓凤在企业运营与技术转移领域展现出卓越的领导才能。
在 ESG 实践领域，秦晓凤通过校企合作，将高校节能减排、资源回收等环保技术引入科技产业园，助力企业环境治理，契合 ESG 环境维度。在社会方面，她组织人才对接，为企业输送人才，促进就业；引入 90 余家企业，带动当地经济，践行企业社会责任。公司管理上，凭借丰富的上市企业运营管理经验，助力园内企业完善组织结构，全面提升企业管理水平。
自 2021 年运营科技产业园以来，成功打造了智拓众创空间（省级众创空间）、长江智创园（省级孵化器）、如皋港（上海）产业协同创新中心及南通港闸经济开发区（上海同济）产业协同创新中心（飞地孵化器）等多个创新平台。
依托同济大学资源开展校企合作，成立同济技术转移如皋港分中心，组织 20 余场产学研活动，有效促进科技成果转化。与多所国内外高校互动，联动飞地孵化器孵化引进项目。经她引入的企业，多项获得省市人才、科创项目认定，培育高企与规上企业。秦晓凤在企业运营、技术转移等领域成果突出，在 ESG 实践中持续贡献重要力量。
